About our clinic

We offer painless examinations and treatments with our skilled operation of endoscopic techniques, and use of conscious sedation using intravenous injection with a combination of medicines to help you relax (a sedative) and to block pain (an anesthetic). Our experience in magnified observation over the years, and possession of the world's highest resolution Fujifilm endoscope enables us to provide state-of-the-art treatment and the best care for every one of our patients without time constraints.

3 State-of-the-art equipment

We use the finest endoscope from Fujifilm, where we have been affiliated not only as advisors but involved in the development process. The ultra-high definition images taken with its state-of-the-art endoscope (highest resolution in the world) will highlight even the smaller tumor or cancer. We can diagnose and remove even the smallest lesion that is diagnosed neoplastic (premalignant or malignant).

4 Private practice

We offer a private practice option (at your own expense) seeking to provide a more precise, tailor-made medical experience according to each one of our patients’ constitutions and symptoms. Our system also provides complete privacy which is impossible to obtain in the public health insurance system. Voluntary insurances, (private insurance for medical care) however, can be applied and the expenses can be submitted as medical-expense deductions.

Our electronic medical record system by SECOM completely secures your privacy and allows smooth and non time-consuming medical assesment.

We provide inpatient hospital care at the Kobe Kaisei Hospital, where Dr.Mitooka serves as a visiting chief of medicine, in cases where treatments require hospitalizations.

Our clinic is on the 3rd floor of Laporte Ashiya Main Building, easily accessed from both the Osaka and Kobe area.

Introducing system

When in need of surgical treatments, we can introduce the best and the most reliable doctors/ medical institutions in the world, such as the Kobe Kaisei Hospital, where Dr.Mitooka serves as a visiting chief of medicine, providing a thorough consultation with the patient. If necessary, we can also introduce doctors outside the gastroenterological field.
